Who collects your data

Digital MFG ("we", "us") is operated by Digital MFG Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17121601, VAT no. 517382388), founded by Shoaib Rizvi. We are the controller for personal data you submit through this website. For any data-protection query, contact us at Sales@DigitalMFG.co.uk.

What we collect

• Enquiry data: name, work email, company, role, team size, free-text message and chosen call slot, submitted through the booking and contact forms.
• Booking and payment data: your name and email address, the advisory block chosen, the amount and VAT charged, and the PayPal order and capture references. Held with the order record so we can arrange your session and meet UK VAT record-keeping requirements. Your phone number is used only to contact you about that booking, never for marketing.
• Operational data: IP address, user agent, and request path, captured in our hosting provider's logs for security and abuse prevention. Logs are kept for 14 days.
• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange the call you've asked for (legitimate interest / contractual necessity).
• To send a single confirmation email after submission (legitimate interest).
• To meet our legal record-keeping obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last contact, after which it is deleted. If we work together, engagement records are retained for 7 years to satisfy UK tax and accounting law.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted in the EU (currently with Neon, Frankfurt region). Transactional email is delivered via Resend (EU-region). Hosting is provided by our cloud infrastructure provider.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data. Email Sales@DigitalMFG.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
